They prepare first courses upon request. S.G. sandwiches and steaks also bring you the S.G. focaccia and bread. Very well presented and service is courteous and kind. Good for coeliacs.

Unfortunately, not a positive experience for celiacs because even though the restaurant is part of the AIC network, it requires a lot of attention in the kitchen to avoid contamination. We came for lunch yesterday, and my daughter felt very sick after eating half a hamburger. The waitress was very precise and attentive in explaining things to us, but something must have gone wrong in the kitchen...

Located on the main road to explore various places in Garfagnana, its architecture and location make it stand out as it resembles one of those Diner Cafés you find on the endless highways in America, where you stop the car to grab a hearty bite before setting off again, all in industrial style. I come here every year in the summer after hiking in the mountains because it's a guarantee in terms of quality-price ratio and it's very easy to park the car, they have an almost limitless parking area. Returning to the quality-price ratio, they have a very varied menu (and of course exquisite, I have tried many things): from XXL hamburgers to white pizzas, passing through Tuscan first courses to some very substantial desserts, but that's just a hint. The attention to gluten and lactose intolerances, as well as food for our animal friends, is highly appreciated. There's also a special menu for children for those with families. The staff is quick, courteous, and cheerful. A well-coordinated waiter recommended a Lucchese bitter that I didn't know this time. Of course, it depends on what you order, but the prices always remain in a reasonable range (maximum 20-25 euros per head) if you don't want to overindulge. I also know the restaurant in the center of Lucca and in Lammari, but this is my preferred refreshment point, without taking anything away from the others. Kudos also for the brand and the copy of the menu, which was created using typical expressions of the Tuscan dialect :D Keep it up!

I often pass by this immense place and have always been attracted by the external lights and the overwhelming number of cars parked outside. I thought, 'They must eat well here!' Finally, last night I came here with my mother for the first time. A long series to follow, without a doubt! The space is a very spacious open plan in industrial style, with large pipes, steel, and wood, giving that informal feel typical of MaraMeo. The menu is as vast as the ambiance: there’s a lot of choice of pizzas, focaccia, burgers, vegetarian and vegan dishes, dishes for intolerances, various types of pizza dough: multigrain, wholemeal, but also first courses, grilled dishes, large salads, and a well-stocked cellar of craft beers, wines, and desserts... Even pizza for dogs! 🤣 In short, there’s just too much choice! I had the refreshed focaccia 5 and 5, with cecina and burrata inside: an incredible delight that I couldn’t finish more than half of, but it was promptly taken home and enjoyed with pleasure the next day (warmed up it was fabulous, just like freshly made!) My mother chose the sliced beef with arugula and Parmesan, and according to her, it was excellent: meat that melted in the mouth, an excellent combination, and a warm, flavorful focaccia on the side. Finally, we had a cheesecake to share that, despite its excessive sweetness, was well received! The coffee was good too; if you tag the place on Facebook or Instagram, they give it to you for free. The portions are generous, the prices are not excessive, the staff is friendly and quick—a highly recommended place for an evening with friends ❤❤❤❤❤❤ PS: The ovens are gas, but the cooking of the dough seems done in a wood-fired oven! Also, a note of merit for the very spacious parking.
