At 47 years old, I've visited a lot of pizzerias and when I go to a new place, I read the reviews. In my opinion, those who write nice reviews are misleading or they are fake. Without wanting to be harsh, my husband ordered a paposcia, and I ordered a gluten-free pizza with caciocavallo. Thus, my pizza was undercooked in some parts (and I mean really undercooked, with a mushy white dough) and there was only a small remnant of caciocavallo in one corner (the owner told me that since caciocavallo has a delicate taste, I couldn’t taste it). My husband found the paposcia raw inside with a few streaks of topping; at times it was empty. We were told we could speak up, and they would remake them. Looking at the plates of those who had eaten before us, they were all full of discarded leftovers. I think in a place that only makes pizza, customers should eat the dishes if the food is good. However, what made me most upset was overhearing shouts and reprimands directed at two very good boys working for them; it was truly sad. By the way, do you know what the most outrageous thing is? Paying a €6 extra charge for the gluten-free dough. I really hope the two nice boys find work elsewhere soon, and for those of you who go there first, good luck! P.S: a paposcia, a pizza, and a beer cost €37, only to then go eat somewhere else.
