Very nice pizzeria both inside and in the outdoor area, friendly and quick staff. Fantastic pizza, light and good when various factors contribute to making it so, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. A dough that has had time to rise properly (from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the type of flour and environmental conditions) develops a more complex and digestible gluten network. I called them to ask if they made gluten-free pizzas, and they responded by explaining that they have a pre-packaged dough but prepare it in the same kitchen as gluten-containing products without any precautions.

Pleasant surprise. Well-kept and welcoming venue, attentive and kind staff. Delicious pizzas, light dough and always using fresh, quality ingredients. Option for gluten-free dough available (as in the photo). The house desserts are not to be missed. Very satisfied, I will definitely return.
