I called them for safety to ask about gluten-free pizza, and they told me that the pizza is cooked in the oven alongside the other pizzas with gluten.

I called them to ask if they made gluten-free pizzas, and they responded by explaining that they have a pre-packaged dough but prepare it in the same kitchen as gluten-containing products without any precautions.

Very nice pizzeria both inside and in the outdoor area, friendly and quick staff. Fantastic pizza, light and good when various factors contribute to making it so, both in terms of ingredients and preparation. Digestibility and Quality Ingredients * Long and Controlled Rising: This is one of the most crucial aspects. A dough that has had time to rise properly (from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the type of flour and environmental conditions) develops a more complex and digestible gluten network. The yeasts have time to "eat" the complex sugars, reducing bloating and the feeling of heaviness after eating it. * Dough Hydration: A dough with a high percentage of water (60% and above) tends to be softer and lighter. * Quality Flours: The use of less refined flours (type 1, 2, or whole grains) or ancient grains can contribute to greater digestibility and a richer flavor, in addition to better nutritional value. * Fresh and Seasonal Ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes or quality canned tomatoes, fresh fiordilatte mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, raw extra virgin olive oil and other fresh and quality ingredients We will definitely return.

Pleasant surprise. Well-kept and welcoming venue, attentive and kind staff. Delicious pizzas, light dough and always using fresh, quality ingredients. Option for gluten-free dough available (as in the photo). The house desserts are not to be missed. Very satisfied, I will definitely return.
