totally uninformed staff, markups on everything, and bland pasta without parmesan for us celiacs ("oh we don't have gluten-free cheese" shows the ignorance of the staff, not to mention that I was always served with remarks like "be careful eh, for goodness' sake, I know nothing about gluten, be careful")
