Really excellent gluten-free pizza!!! One of the best I've ever tasted. I had it cooked in a wood-fired oven, but if you have contamination issues, call a bit earlier so they can light the dedicated oven!! I will definitely go back. Sorry, no photos, but it was so good that I ate it without thinking!
