We had dinner this evening, I must say that I really liked the whole context, the place is lovely, the food is excellent, and the staff is very nice. I would add that being celiac I was able to enjoy a delicious, light, and fragrant pizza. I highly recommend it!

Very nice and welcoming place, located in the historic center of Monopoli. Great variety of options, exceptional gluten-free pinsa!!! Fast and efficient service, friendly and helpful staff: the waiters reassured me multiple times about cross-contamination, they were very attentive to my needs. Considering the excellent quality of the food, the price is more than fair! I will definitely return, highly recommended!!

Really nice and welcoming place, the owner is very hospitable and kind. Gluten-free pinsa is TOP, soft texture and not chewy or hard like most gluten-free things when eating out. The regular pinsa is also very good. Absolutely recommended!

The pinsa, which is nothing more than a cross between a focaccia and a pizza, I had never eaten before. At Pinsotti, for lunch, I was able to enjoy a delicious gluten-free one with zucchini flowers, ricotta, and sausage, and I was really satisfied. The dough was soft and flavorful, and the combination of ingredients was just perfect. (I’m attaching a photo of the gluten-free pinsa and the classic one) A calm and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, very friendly staff; I recommend this place to both celiacs and non-celiacs, as we were all very happy. I mention that they also have gluten-free beer and I recommend the roasted potatoes before you start, among the best I’ve ever had. Quality/price is average. We will definitely return!
