Good sushi and without contamination, the only inconvenience is how to order food, because the ordering portal does not list allergens and you need to indicate each gluten-free dish individually, but it does not specify which can be requested. I ordered dishes that I knew could be gluten-free, but I avoided fried items as there were no indications regarding them.

Excellent food. I ordered some Yaki Udon and exquisite grilled chicken. The sushi was also very good. I didn't have any contamination issues, so I deduce they are very attentive. I recommend visiting this place.
