Congratulations!! 👏 When I manage to stop by this gluten-free bakery, I am happy! Great fresh sweet and savory products, and some frozen items like cappelletti and tortelli, etc. The bread seems to have gluten and is not sweet as often happens with gluten-free flours. I bought dark cereal bread to make sandwiches😍 thin focaccia and pastries with fantastic creams!! Too bad I don't live near you... I can't find your flavors (like those of gluten-containing products) in my area. If you had a fast shipping service, I would be your customer.

Excellent! The erbazzone was delicious, when I entered it seemed like a little paradise..really very happy. One of the few gluten-free shops and some things lactose-free.
