Excellent food, appetizers, pinsa, and truly delicious desserts. The service was not the best. The only downside is the slightly high surcharge for gluten-free options (€4 for the pinsa and fried items). Nonetheless, a highly recommended place for the very high quality of the food!

Finally a real pinsa! Really delicious, I’m talking about the gluten-free one. Abundant high-quality toppings (I had the Amatriciana), exceptional dough. I will definitely come back. A small flaw, if I may share it to help improve the service rather than as criticism, a bit more attention to the tables: I didn't receive a small plate to share the fried food since I ordered one for two people, and with the fries, I didn’t get ketchup or mayonnaise (not that it’s essential, but I think it's almost expected). The gluten-free menu had more choices of fried items, I asked for two and both were finished. Being a Saturday night, I understand this can happen on any day, but having two items out of stock on the gluten-free menu might be considered "a lot" given the limited selection. Nevertheless, overall it was a great experience and definitely a nice discovery. Compliments on the pinsa.

We really had a great time! The food was really good and made with quality ingredients. The dough of the pinsa was fabulous, both regular and gluten-free! Having taken the same type of pinsa as my son, they tasted both and confirmed my opinion! Top, really! The fried items were also excellent.

An amazing pinsa!! Even GLUTEN-FREE, and the fried foods were also good. Unfortunately, the service was a bit inconsistent and the outdoor patio had some issues: the floor moved when walked on and there were bugs attacking us. Aside from that, everything was fine!

Go this evening, after reading the symbol that guaranteed gluten-free. They seated us at a table, and without even letting us sit down, they asked if we wanted water. After a while, we asked to order; a guy took our order for a portion of gluten-free supplì, and we were mandated to have 4 supplì. We wondered why and asked the waiter, who replied: "Usually, it's a portion for 2. Well, we'll accept this 'obligation.'" We ordered 2 pinse, and after about 30 minutes, the waiter returned only with the pinza with gluten, saying that the cook had made a mistake and prepared both with gluten, so he was remaking the gluten-free one. As a result, we were forced to eat separately due to their mistake. We had to request the beer we had ordered as soon as we ordered the pinse. I add that the famous supplì we requested, after ordering, were no longer available, and it was only 9:20 PM, indicating poor internal organization of the kitchen, as they were already out at the beginning of the evening. An experience not to be repeated; the staff, if they can be called that, should be trained instead of wandering around the room. P.S. The Pinsa was good.

We have been here twice during our holidays in Spoleto. The pinsa is great. Also gluten-free. We also had an excellent gluten-free dessert. The place is a bit out of the way but really worth finding. Highly recommended!
