For takeout service, I've always had a good experience, the place is new, and the staff is friendly. I recommend it as a pizzeria since it is also AIC certified.

DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH! I am celiac and allergic to eggs. I wanted to try this new certified AIC pizzeria, and as I always do, I called to confirm that the gluten-free pizza dough was also egg-free. They assured me it was, so I made a reservation for my family. I’ll skip the customer service and the waiting time, and get to the point. During the reservation, I asked again for confirmation about the absence of eggs in the gluten-free pizza and was assured once more. When the pizza arrived, with the first bite, I immediately sensed something was wrong. I asked the waitress again if she was sure there were no eggs, and she repeated for the umpteenth time that the chef had guaranteed the absence of this ingredient. We decided to go home. I went to pay and asked the girl at the cash register if I could speak to the pizzaiolo because I was feeling unwell and was certain I had ingested egg. The girl went to ask the pizzaiolo, who rudely dismissed her. At that point, I stepped forward, and upon seeing me, he deemed it necessary to come speak. We discussed for several long minutes about the ingredients he uses in the gluten-free dough, whose recipe, as humbly stated in the menu, 'is the result of a long study and many tests and experiences.' I was even asked if perhaps I was lactose intolerant, speculating that my discomfort was due to that! I asked him which flour he uses. He replied, 'fine cornmeal.' 'Are you sure it’s pure flour and not a mix with other ingredients?' I insisted. The pizzaiolo went to the kitchen, came back with a bag, and as we read the label together, we discovered, in uppercase and bold, that on the ingredient list of the pizza mix, it was written 'WHOLE EGGS IN POWDER'!!! Mistakes are human, but after repeatedly asking for clarification about the ingredients, I find such behavior absolutely unacceptable. Before being restaurant owners and having the pretense of serving celiac, intolerant, and allergic customers, at least have the prudence and humility to study, to be aware of what you prepare. Because there are those, like me, who spend a night in the bathroom between vomiting and diarrhea and a week of intoxication, but there are also those who risk their lives. Never again.

Newly opened and certified AIC venue. Being new, there are still things to improve, such as acoustics and attention to gluten-free customers (they didn’t provide bread or crackers instead of breadsticks once I identified myself, for example). The SG pizza is very thin, large, and crunchy; it seems to be made with corn flour, so the edge can be a bit hard at times. The regular pizza, for those who like it thin and crunchy until the end, was said to be really good by those dining with me. Gluten-free craft beers from Vicenza were a very nice surprise. Definitely worth returning and giving it a second chance.

I went for my daughter's birthday, and the experience was excellent. Gluten-free pizza that was light and fragrant, with a soft inside and a crunchy outside, made with selected flours and very fresh ingredients. Melting mozzarella, tasty tomatoes, and perfect toppings. The venue is welcoming, with attentive staff and a playground for children, perfect for families. Quick service, well-presented pizzas, and no risk of cross-contamination.
