I asked "how long does it take for the products to arrive" and I was told "Shipping is in 24 hours and 48 hours for the islands". Based on this answer, since I needed the products for the weekend, I decided to place the order on Thursday afternoon so the products would arrive on Friday and be as fresh as possible by Sunday. On Friday, I didn’t see any products arrive, and when I inquired, I was told that orders placed from Wednesday onwards are processed on Monday, information that I wasn’t given before and for which I complained. I was rudely told that I should have informed myself beforehand and that "24-hour shipping doesn’t mean that if you order now it will be at your home in 24 hours". In my opinion, in the world of e-commerce, the meaning is exactly that. Realizing that I wouldn’t receive the products in time for the weekend, I expected them for Tuesday but they arrived instead on Wednesday. So when do these 24 hours start? Anyway, I wouldn’t be here writing this review if I had at least received an apology with more courtesy; instead, I was just blamed for not informing myself, which I actually had. I’m giving two stars only because the products were good.

I purchased products for my daughter with shipping because unfortunately we are far apart and I absolutely have to give 5 stars to PuntoZero for their speed, kindness, and availability. Unfortunately, a pizza base arrived broken, and although it wasn't the store's fault but the courier's, they sent me a complimentary one with my next order (tasting box and breakfast box). The products we tried from the boxes surprised us; they are delicious! It's not easy to find a good gluten-free pizza, their white pizza is exceptional! The soft and tasty croissants, the little tarts, and the 'brutti ma buoni' cookies are really delightful, and the supplì is excellent. Thank you so much, you made a little girl happy!!

I recommend trying the gluten-free products at Punto Zero; they are delicious!!! Everything is great, from pastries to levain breads, to bread and pizza. The staff is super friendly and what they produce is exceptional. I regularly go to their store.

I made a purchase of their products online. I bought bread (the thing I miss the most since I can't eat gluten), 1 roll, 1 ciabatta, and 1 baguette. Plus, 2 croissants, apricot and mixed berries 😊 The package arrived 1 day after shipping and they are always available on WhatsApp to give you advice and suggestions. As soon as the package arrived, I wanted to taste the roll 😊 For dinner, I prepared 2 nice slices of bread with tomato...a must-have on a table in Foggia in summer! Well, I don’t know who is the creator of this bread, but when I ate it, I almost cried...it’s been since November that I haven’t eaten bread that tastes like bread...crunchy, tasty, and fragrant. I am from Apulia, a land of wonderful breads. Really, congratulations! This morning for breakfast, I had the croissant. Good...a bit different from the classic gluten croissants, but good. Next time I'll take it without filling (I don’t like sweet too much ☺️). Next time I'll try the pizza 😋 Anyway, I recommend it.

I've always been someone who loves food, but 5 years ago it was a total loss. Gluten-free food doesn't taste the same. Every now and then, I make pizza, bread, sweets myself to try to find those same flavors, but making everything by yourself is sad. Until one night, while I was watching over my elderly dog, I was on TikTok and saw one of their videos... and I thought I have to give it a try, but without much hope. A week after my dog's funeral, I told myself to look them up. GUYS, SINCE I MET THEM, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM AND FINALLY I CAN SATISFY MY PALATE EATING THINGS THAT I EITHER HAD TO MAKE MYSELF OR NOTHING. THANK YOU, MY LOVES! I'VE TRIED ALMOST EVERYTHING, YOU ARE MY ANTIDEPRESSANT, I LOVE YOU! TRY IT, TRUST ME! THEY MAKE SUPPLÌ THAT KNOCK YOU DOWN TO THE GROUND. THE PASTRY IS EQUAL TO THE GREAT RENOWNED PASTRY CHEFS. Clean place, helpful and kind staff. A paradise for celiac patients, especially for the little ones; their products are delicious and varied in choice. Luca made the birthday cake for our daughter Aurora, and it was not only delicious but also beautiful! All the guests complimented it. 😊

3 stars for the exaggerated price of €32 per kg for the figure made! You can't make a tiramisu as a cake! It arrived all ruined! I expected it in a tray! Too bad because the dessert was good.
