A particular and well-curated venue, with an interesting proposal that ranges from fish to meat. We ate wonderfully and the bill was absolutely in line with the quality and quantity of the dishes. The tartare was a pleasant surprise: excellent pairings, especially the one with anchovies, atypical but truly successful. The suckling pig was extremely tender and cooked to perfection, a dish that alone is worth the dinner. The only advice I feel like giving concerns the dessert menu: the offer is wide and inviting, but it would be nice to find some lactose-free options as well, so that those who are intolerant (like me) can end the dinner with a dessert. Overall, a place that I highly recommend to anyone passing through Avola who wants to experience a culinary adventure different from the usual, without giving up on quality.
