Nice place in front of the cathedral. They only had savory options like ragù arancini and pizza, which is a bit poor for choices, but I hope it was just a one-time issue. The arancino was a bit sour, not the best I've ever had, unfortunately.

A place situated in a beautiful location, where you can dine with a view of the beautiful Piazza del Duomo and the cathedral. We had pizzas that were really good. The price wasn't too exaggerated considering the location.

AIC certified, therefore a very safe place. They offer both bar products, including various sweet and savory gluten-free items. They also have a restaurant with a gluten-free menu. The pizza is very good and seems to be a homemade dough.

I stopped at this Gran Caffè attracted by the AIC seal. I had a small pizza that was served warm and gooey, DIVINE. The arancino was also excellent, hot and with a crunchy coating. Friendly staff, beautiful view of the cathedral, and absolutely fair prices. Super experience.

It is located right in front of the Cathedral. In the beautiful square that characterizes Ortigia. We went in March during our visit because I knew they offered gluten-free options. And they do! Besides the ice creams, they have arancini made fresh, filled with sauce and peas, DELICIOUS! I assure you! In fact, we returned the next day specifically for them! Small pizzas, panzerotti with mozzarella and ham, and other baked goods listed on a hanging menu. The prices are fair for also having this option for celiacs, nothing outrageous really. The pantry in the photo contains gluten, while the arancino and the video are gluten-free.

We arrive and are told that it is closed... We see tables nearby with people being served, we ask and are told that the restaurant is closed but the bar is open. Noticing that our child is celiac, we ask if they have something for him to eat since he hasn’t had lunch, and they inform us that there is something gluten-free and they seat us. We sit down, three waiters look at us but don’t come to take our orders, despite being next to them, and despite our looks and gestures (in fact, they turn their faces pretending not to see). After 10 minutes of the three waiters continuing to pretend we don’t exist, I take a snack from my backpack, eat it at the table, and leave... Not even the slightest sign of wanting to work... It’s clear that the area doesn’t have customer flow problems.

Local AIC certified establishment with a dedicated gluten-free menu. They have both a restaurant and a bar area, so you can enjoy a bit of everything, from ice cream to pasta to pizza. I tried the spaghetti alla norma, which was very good. I then ordered a caponata, but honestly, I've had better (perhaps too much vinegar). The ice cream was quite good, and the service was fast, courteous, and punctual.

After various searches for a gluten-free restaurant/pizzeria, I decided to try this one. Restaurant in front of the Duomo of Ortigia, staff knowledgeable about products for celiacs, kind and friendly. For the first time, I was presented with a menu exclusively with gluten-free products, associated with AIC. The pizza I had was of excellent quality, tasty toppings, and crunchy crust. The lemon cake was excellent. Reasonable prices.
