I ordered a Don Camillo and a Setteveli for Christmas Eve. I would have preferred to pick them up in the morning, but since the gluten-free items are prepared in the Floridia lab, I was told to come around 4 PM. I arrived at 4:30 PM and, amidst complete disorganization, was told that my colleague hadn't yet brought the deliveries and I would have to come back in the evening. Couldn't they have warned me? I went back in the evening and, again, they were very disorganized. They finally managed to find the two cakes, which moreover were not of the agreed weight. The cakes were also below expectations, rather flat in flavor and very similar to each other. I see that they cater at a certain level, but I don't understand how they manage with this organization.
