Typical baked products from an artisanal workshop in Conversano, also to take away: I ate Focaccia barese, panzerotti, and pasticciotti, all delicious! I recommend calling ahead to reserve because they will indeed bring them. The panzerotti were a bit cold, so I suggest that anyone has the opportunity to get them fresh out of the fryer. Overall, highly approved, and they were very kind!

Spatial paninis, made from simple ingredients but with a unique goodness. The sandwich is handmade, I guarantee it is delicious.

Great sandwiches, fast service, very nice location in the central square of Monopoli. Gluten-free products, taken from the shop on the left, very good.

In the center of Lecce, in a crowded and characteristic little square. They also have a small place not far away where you can order gluten-free... they have already won like this!!! WELL DONE!

I can’t give less than one star, but I definitely would if I could. Let’s start with the service: absolutely non-existent! We chose this place because it offered a gluten-free option — or so it seemed. What they don’t tell you is that the gluten-free food isn’t actually served here, but next door, under the same management. We were left speechless when they told us: “Just get up, go next door — it’s ours too — pick whatever you want in a box and bring it back to your table.”, a thing you could find at the highway self service. Meanwhile the others could wait the dishes at the one table. As absurd as that sounds, the reality turned out to be even worse. It was 9 p.m., and the only gluten-free items left were one piadina and a piece of pizza. So briefly, if you’re dining with someone who has celiac disease — despite you book in advance and specify this — there’s no guarantee they’ll actually be able to eat. Second point: we’re all from Bari (Puglia), and when we asked for taralli — a typical snack in Puglia — the last thing we expected was to be served a cheap little plastic bag, purchasable by €0.80 from a vending machine. Third: again, we’re from Bari, and we’re in Puglia — the land of olive trees — so being served olives that clearly come from another region of Italy is simply unacceptable. What’s worse is that tourists who eat here will likely think they’re tasting local products, since they’re in Puglia. Nothing could be further from the truth. Lastly, foreign tourists can easily confirm that, the last time we checked cheddar was not a typical Puglian cheese. Not only is it completely out of place, but pairing it with capocollo makes absolutely no culinary sense. This is a place to avoid at all costs, especially if you’re a tourist hoping to taste authentic Puglian flavors. DO NOT COME HERE. There are plenty of places you could eat in, don’t waste your time and money in Vini e Panini, is absolutely not one of typical place. It’s not even worth a glance in passing.

One star just because you can't give zero. Terrible experience. They claim to have gluten-free options, but then they force you to get up from the table to go to another place (also them!) to find something to eat. And it's not even guaranteed that there will be anything. If you are with someone who is celiac, even with a reservation, they might just have to watch others eat. Absurd. Non-existent organization and total lack of respect for those with serious dietary needs. Mediocre food quality: packaged "Apulian" taralli, poorly presented dishes that are not characteristic at all. Aside from the lights, which look nice, the rest is a disappointment. Uncomfortable tables, cold atmosphere. A place to avoid.

We were here for a quick lunch and we also got takeout. The sandwiches are really good, and the combination of ingredients is just right. I had the gluten-free sandwich and they were very careful about contamination. The waiters were very kind, especially the girl who takes the orders. The price of the sandwiches ranges from €9 to €13. We'll be back because it's a great option for a quick, tasty, and practical lunch!

My girlfriend and I have really enjoyed every time we've eaten here: strategically located in the historic center of Monopoli, it offers a great variety of sandwiches and other local products that allow for a unique journey of aromas and flavors. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Even though my girlfriend is celiac, they are equipped for gluten-free options, which is no small thing. We highly recommend it for enjoying a day/evening focused on wine and relaxation.
