I found a fantastic place for every occasion; they are very attentive to intolerances, and there has never been a mistake. Moreover, I find the gluten-free food and the variety fantastic.

Delicious food! Before ordering, they brought me a gluten-free appetizer to make me feel "included" with the group of people I was with. I had a gluten-free pizza which was very good! Crisp dough and generous toppings! A wonderful variety of desserts, against all expectations! Highly recommended! I hope to return soon!

Incredible. A place NOT affiliated with AIC but really attentive to GF intolerances. I tasted the GF capricciosa and it was a real surprise. Very good, crunchy, well-filled. Among the best pizzas I’ve tasted. There are places that use ready-made dough and places like Pizzorante that make their own dough in-house. Next time I will try the food. I recommend this place.

We ate very well! Everything was really good. The owner is friendly and truly pleasant in manner. The cheesy pizza was delicious! I, being celiac, felt satisfied and safe.

We went to this restaurant for a dinner with friends. The wait was quite long — over 30 minutes — but we weren't particularly in a hurry, so it wasn't a problem. The owner was very friendly and attentive, especially towards one of our guests who is celiac, who felt welcomed and really appreciated the gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, the bad notes arrived with the main course. My husband ordered a grilled fish platter and left me the tentacles, which we thought were octopus. At the first bite, I immediately noticed an unpleasant taste and an unusual texture, enough to suspect that the fish wasn't fresh. Another person at the table had the same impression. When my husband reported this to the waiter, the owner promptly intervened, explaining that it was actually squid and that the taste was due to its natural intensity. That said, she left without leaving room for a reply or further explanations. I was sincerely surprised by this attitude. I know well the taste of squid, and what I tasted didn't seem normal for either taste or texture. A little more willingness to engage in discussion would have sufficed to avoid this unpleasant ending. It's a pity because the place has potential — polite service, attention to intolerances — but the way this situation was handled left a sense of disappointment.

Very good restaurant/pizzeria. I have been there twice with friends and being celiac, I ordered something gluten-free. Both times they brought gluten-free appetizers to the table that were very good. They make very good gluten-free pizzas and focaccias, and the staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. I ordered focaccia with lard and rosemary both times. The first time it was perfect, the second time it was a bit too salty but still very good. I recommend it, good quality-price ratio and good food quality!!

Great restaurant with excellent dishes, both pizzas and typical dishes from Piedmont and others. Even gluten-free options are really good. Excellent and very courteous service. I had a good carbonara and a spectacular sliced veal. My wife had a great gluten-free pizza! We will return.

We ate three pizzas and a plate of seafood spaghetti: everything was delicious, with generous toppings and high-quality ingredients. Important note: a very extensive gluten-free menu like I have never found until now, exceptional pizza (according to my daughter, the best she has had since discovering she is celiac!) and all the gluten-free desserts so good that it left her with the embarrassment of choice. The staff were friendly and attentive to details, the environment was clean and well-kept, and the price was absolutely fair. It's just a pity that it's far from our Liguria, otherwise we would return regularly!

In the kitchen, they are attentive and prepared, making excellent dishes by adding surprises to the menu each time. From first courses, pizzas, second courses, and not least the spectacular and always different desserts, all strictly gluten-free. In the dining room, I was welcomed by Barbara's professionalism and friendliness, who was able to advise me on the dishes of the day, making me feel more like a guest than a customer. We stumbled across this place by chance and it has now become a regular stop.
