Update 2023: I really appreciated the way the guy, I think the owner, treated me. He was very welcoming and friendly, seemed more Roman than Umbrian. He let me try the wild boar, which I then ordered, it was delicious, and he offered me gluten-free bread since I am intolerant. Really appreciated! 🥰 Very nice place, great design, beautiful lights. If the adjacent bar also had the same style, it would be top.
