The first 100% gluten-free ice cream shop in Rome, as far as I remember from my childhood, is a guarantee for everything! Waffles and cones made by them, a huge selection of flavors, and everything is exceptional! It has several locations in the city.

Like all Fata Morgana ice cream shops in Rome, everything is gluten-free (cones and wafers included) and everything is delicious! Absolutely unusual flavors. It's a pity that it closes at 11 PM.

Fantastic ice cream place for celiacs, everything gluten-free including cones, wafers, etc. Very unique flavors, definitely of high quality but their ice cream doesn't suit my taste. I found it watery and among 4 chosen flavors, I didn't notice differences on my palate. Bronte Pistachio Syrian Pistachio Coconut Cream Swirled Hazelnut Gianduia Unfortunately, I go crazy for creamy ice cream with a completely different texture. Special mention for the guy who served me, really great!!!
