A restaurant serving super fresh fish, fully equipped for celiac disease. They served us a tasting menu of raw and cooked dishes, all totally gluten-free, including a toasted bread with red tuna tartare and a sublime shrimp and pistachio arancino. Gluten-free first courses were served, and they even provided a bag with warm and fragrant gluten-free bread. Mixed fried fish with a dedicated fryer. We did not pay any extra for gluten-free options.
