I write this review with a heavy heart, but I have noticed a disinvestment in the production of fresh gluten-free products for some time now. It is truly a shame and disappointing not to find the products and quality as before. This morning, on a Saturday at 10:45 AM, I went to the store and the croissants were already gone. Disappointed by this, I headed to the pastry counter and found very few products, and worse, they were dry and definitely a few days old. Vitti Gluten-Free is the reference point for celiacs in the area, and it is a great disappointment not to be able to find the things we used to have. I hope that the situation can change as soon as possible and everything can return to how it was before, because it is truly a great shame!

All pastry products are lactose-free. Additionally, they have an ice cream maker that offers lactose-free and gluten-free ice creams. You can also find gluten-free pastries for breakfast, pastries, and savory products without gluten. Just for their attention to customers with intolerances, they would deserve five stars, but once you've tasted their products, they deserve six!

Good product and the peace of mind to eat ice cream and desserts without gluten without the possibility of contamination. The ice cream is good, but the person at the counter is very rude, not kind at all, and completely lacking in empathy. I regret this review, but I believe that anyone who has to work with a customer (and I speak from direct experience) cannot afford to have a face without a smile, a distant demeanor, and an attitude of condescension. I have witnessed several episodes of rudeness and I believe that this alone is worth less than a star. Without taking anything away from the good taste of the products and their usefulness for celiac people.

Beyond the quality of the ice cream, which is very good, I write this review solely to compliment the young man who served me today at 8 PM at the gluten-free gelato shop. Charming, friendly, and alert. He knows how to handle customers, which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare when purchasing a product or service. The more I go to different places, the more I notice a lack of professionalism among the staff. But not this time.
