Old Wild West offers a good selection of gluten-free options, although not very extensive. The atmosphere is welcoming and the food quality is satisfactory. However, the service could benefit from some improvements to provide a smoother experience.

No risk of contamination

Availability of a gluten-free menu, excellent food, and every time I leave more than satisfied. One of my favorite places. Maximum attention to contamination, they also provide different cutlery.

great attention for gluten-free, they provide separate cutlery and everything is controlled

The gluten-free menu selection is not very extensive, but I am satisfied with the quality of what they offer.

Frankly, when it comes to 'gluten free', one expects staff to be ready for various needs. We booked a table for six people, including one celiac. Once we placed the order, the burgers arrived and everything was going smoothly. At a point during the evening, which was going well, the waiter came and took the plate from the gluten-intolerant person's table, saying it would be redone. After this incident, we asked for the reason, and he replied that 'there was a cooking error with the bacon', as if that could be noticed after serving the dish (I should add that the guy who told us this was noticeably anxious and it was clear he was lying). We asked for confirmation regarding the absence of gluten in the bread, which they confirmed. When the other burger arrived, the girl in question immediately noticed a difference in taste, and I can assure you it was also evident in its appearance. I would like to preface that the other bun, which definitely contained gluten despite being repeatedly told otherwise, had already been eaten halfway. At the time of payment, besides not charging us for the gluten-free food, no discount was offered. Since symptoms had already started to manifest at that point, we asked again for the umpteenth time, but they still confirmed their initial statement. Once home, the individual in question felt quite unwell, and I’m not talking about just a stomach ache but more severe issues. This is not how to behave: when an error occurs, it should be communicated calmly because, in this case, it could have seriously compromised the health of a person more than what had already happened. It is not right to pretend to be a 'gluten-free' establishment when you are not.

In another review, I gave the service 3 stars, but this time I am forced to give only 1. Unfortunately, every time I've been (and I go at least once a month since my kids are passionate about this place), we've had some problems with the service. I should mention that we are forced to order 3 gluten-free menus and 1 regular one. Once, the gluten-free meals arrived first, and exactly half an hour later, the regular meal arrived; another time it was the opposite with a wait of fifteen minutes (I leave it to your imagination how the kids felt during the wait). I understand that the cooking is separate, but I cannot be told that the timing is different. If the order is for the same table, the dishes MUST arrive together, especially with children at the table. A sore point is that every time, even though dessert is included in the children's menu, if you don't ask for it, repeatedly prompting them, you won’t get it. I find that a bit unkind. As for the rest, the ambiance and food, I can't say anything negative, on the contrary.. Please improve the service..
