We visited this place during a trip to Modica, attracted by the many positive reviews and the overall rating. About the service, there’s nothing to say; the waitress was very professional and welcoming. We had two granitas, one chocolate with a gluten-free brioche and one pistachio with a regular brioche, both suggested by the waitress with ricotta chantilly. The chocolate granita was good, but the gluten-free brioche had a strange chemical aftertaste... unfortunately, the pistachio granita was totally bland, very flat, with a vaguely almond aftertaste; tasting it with the ricotta, only that flavor is noticeable. The brioche just tastes of butter, but it seems more like a breakfast brioche than a companion for the granita. What a shame... a granita to forget.
