We were at this piadineria in Gubbio, outside the center, yesterday, the day the tree was lit. We arrived around 8 PM and asked if it was possible to eat there, since there were several free tables. A guy replied that there was no space because 20 people with a reservation would be arriving shortly. We then asked if it was at least possible to get two piadine to go, since we had walked for 20 minutes to reach the place. Even in this case, we were told it wasn't possible. I completely understand busy days, but preparing two piadine takes little time and, above all, I believe a customer should never be 'ushered to the door'. For me, who is celiac, finding a suitable place is not easy, especially on such a crowded evening. I was very disappointed; I really wanted to try their piadine, but I will hardly return after this experience. Hospitality definitely needs improvement.

Yesterday, I decided to try this gluten-free piadineria just outside the walls of Gubbio. The dough was excellent, well-filled with quality ingredients. The owner of the piadineria was very kind and open to conversation, and without hesitation, he explained to me how the doughs are made and the origin of the raw materials. The atmosphere was youthful. The next time I pass by Gubbio, I will definitely come back to visit you. I highly recommend it!!

It was a wonderful surprise: a husband and wife passionately dedicating themselves to this special adventure, seeking the best, offering quality and research... the piadine have simple but high-quality ingredients, with attention to detail and delicious combinations. tasty meat, typical cheeses, fresh vegetables, and a gluten-free dough designed: gluten-free does not mean tasteless... on the contrary, it’s quite the opposite! typical products and Aosta Valley products offer a very wide range... calling it a piadineria becomes limiting. it is a tasting laboratory. want more information? just ask. satisfying both beverages and meals... the craft beer Flea from nearby Gualdo Tadino was a unique surprise. moreover, it is located near the historical part of Gubbio, just outside where parking is not an impossible mission... we will return to Gubbio and ... we will still be hungry for piadine!

Great piadina super stuffed with selected products from the most characteristic of three regions: Umbria, Aosta Valley, and Sardinia. The desserts, all artisanal, are also excellent. The owners are very kind and welcoming, extremely attentive to various food intolerances. Well done, guys, keep it up!!

Excellent food designed especially for those of us with gluten and lactose food intolerances. A very nice place, tastefully decorated and just a short walk from the center. Mauro and Valeria, the owners, are kind and very helpful. I highly recommend it even for an aperitif.
