Please do not advertise products as "gluten-free" if you do not know how to handle celiac individuals. I was here to order a tub of ice cream, asking which flavors were suitable. After providing me with a long list and after I communicated my choice, the girl who served me prepared the tub and at the end said, "oh oops, but maybe I should have changed the scoop between the gluten-free flavors and the ones with gluten?" implying that they do not change the spoon between flavors, practically contaminating everything I ordered.
