a very welcoming and well-equipped place. I don't know if they have AIC certification, but they pay special attention to gluten-free options. I have been there several times and I must admit I have always been satisfied; moreover, I have never had problems regarding potential contamination. The sandwiches are truly phenomenal; too bad about the pizza which didn't impress me (frozen base). They make special fries, for example, cheddar and bacon flavor, and, as if that wasn't enough, MAUD is also a steakhouse. I recommend it, especially for the quality-price ratio.
