Giovanni is very willing to have any dish prepared to enjoy there or to take away with fresh fish, also catering to the needs of celiacs, being very careful about contamination. The fish restaurant, near the baronial castle of Fondi, smells of cleanliness and hygiene. The other evening I had a sublime sea bass parmigiana; it had a refined, delicate, light taste. I can't give it 10 stars, but it deserves them all.

A great discovery also for the "GLUTEN FREE" at this beautiful fish shop with a kitchen in the historic center of Fondi! Knowledge, availability, and expertise of the owner and the kitchen team in preparing excellent dishes even gluten-free: Spectacular Fried fish and another of calamari and prawns fried to perfection "in a pan" to avoid any risk of contamination. Congratulations, keep it up. Next time we will return to taste the many other gluten-free dishes (appetizers, first courses, and second courses with fresh fish). The only advice is to call in advance to agree on the available gluten-free menu of the day.
