Gluten-free panini

Terrible experience, the menu does not indicate frozen products. The gluten-free sandwich is served in a ridiculous way for the price it costs. They are not equipped to handle gluten-free products and despite this, the waiters did not seem at all willing to listen to our complaints or at least to apologize for what happened.

I ordered a sandwich with fried chicken, and once I selected it on Deliveroo, it asked me to choose between regular bread or gluten-free. I’m not celiac, but since it made me choose whether gluten-free or not, despite getting a sandwich with fried chicken which is not suitable for celiacs, I thought, why not try it. 12 euros for the sandwich. What I received was just the chicken "on the plate" drenched in sauce and bacon with a leaf of lettuce, and on the side, in a separate container, a gluten-free bun that must have been a quarter of the piece of chicken, so I would have had to assemble it, not quite sure how. Naturally, the menu had no pictures of gluten-free bread, so I thought I would get a proper hamburger with the chicken, but instead, I got a nice surprise. Be careful when ordering gluten-free bread. Furthermore, when I calmly communicated the issue to the restaurant, as I had never ordered the chicken sandwich before, there wasn't much understanding from the staff, and they were particularly not very friendly. Please include pictures of the dishes with gluten-free bread.
