I had a discount voucher to use. Before paying, the waitress told me it was marked in the cash register. However, when it came time to pay, no one asked me anything, and the discount was not applied. When I pointed this out, I was told I should have mentioned it and that it was actually not marked, adding that today’s cashier "is not the usual one." At that point, they refused to refund. This time it was only 2€, but the point is not the amount: it’s the lack of professionalism and the rudeness in the way the situation was handled. Furthermore, the waitress served both the ice cream and drinks practically throwing them on the table, without even looking at the customers. A really rude and disrespectful attitude. A mistake can happen, but the lack of courtesy and attention towards the customer should not. Definitely a negative experience.

The service is poorly thought out, the waitresses always follow the same route so if you're at the back you don't get much, we had to ask them to change the route twice, waiting 10 minutes between pizzas (with less than half the tables full on a weekday), pizzas are okay but sit heavy in your stomach for ages, located near the children's play area with yelling and noise (which is obviously not the restaurant's fault but good to know), price is okay for pizzas that don't leave much, fries are okay, Coca-Cola was completely flat, toppings in scant quantity on many flavors, for me it’s a no. For what I spent, I could have eaten a pizza a thousand times better from my trusted pizzeria, with all due respect, but if this is your favorite place for pizza, your standards are very low.

Fantastic place! We celebrated my daughter's birthday with a pizza buffet for lunch after jumping at ZeroGravity. The pizza buffet caters to all tastes, is not too expensive, and the waitresses are very kind and attentive to making sure the right pizzas circulate (for instance, they even served sausage pizza instead of rocket and parmesan to keep the kids happy). There’s also the option to bring in a birthday cake (if packaged). Well done!!!

The variety and quality of the pizzas are excellent, but what I appreciated the most was the kindness and availability of the staff, who made an effort to accommodate my request to be moved to a more internal table since there was a children's party next door at McDonald’s that was making a lot of noise, which gave me a headache. A special mention to Nora, who also had the thoughtfulness to come by and ask if I was feeling better, making me feel understood and welcomed❤️

Unexpected! I’ve been to many places that serve giropizza, and if I had to rank them, this one goes straight to the top! Unbeatable quality-price ratio.. Really good dough, in my personal taste I would have added more salt, but I understand it needs to cater to different pizza preferences, so it’s fine as it is! See you next time!

My family and I came and found the place welcoming. The dinner is good and the pizza is big! All in all, it is a very nice and comfortable pizzeria.

I went to this pizza place because my husband wanted to, I am vegan and thought I wouldn't eat... instead, as soon as I asked the staff (all very kind), they started bringing out red vegetable pizzas and I ate more than enough. Now, about the pizza: the dough is delicious, crispy on the bottom, thin and well-leavened. I would like to give some advice for the kitchen: the "normal" pizzas came out with taleggio, gorgonzola, sausages... in short, very flavorful stuff; the red ones had boiled or grilled vegetables (except for the turnip tops which were nicely sautéed with a bit of garlic) and with the combo of raw tomato on the base, they turned out quite bland. I eat happily anyway, I say this because I shared the pizza with other diners who after eating all the pizzas, found the red ones tasteless in comparison... it would take little: a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil. I give 5 stars for encouragement and for the super kind staff. ...the thing I would like to say though is that €1 for leftovers is not enough! I saw people leaving giant crusts... stuffing themselves with all the pizzas that were circulating and filling their plates with "leftovers"... scandalous... I imagine that by the end of the evening they fill two bags with leftover crusts (out of 100 diners maybe 6 had empty plates)...

Great pizza! Limited selection, and each pizza doesn't reach all tables. But there's little staff! How can there be just one guy with 20 tables? And in the end, the girl joins to help him. Everyone is very slow.

Great place, well cleaned. Excellent welcome, like a starred restaurant. Kind and caring staff. Curiosity: how many kilometers does the serving staff walk during each shift? :) Very good pizzas. Excellent dough. Great variety of pizzas. Every minute they bring out a different pizza. Very skilled pizza makers. Excellent serving staff. Congratulations to everyone.

The place is located inside the Le Due Torri shopping center in Stezzano.Great pizza tour!!! A lot of variety of pizzas to taste and enjoy. Both savory and sweet pizzas. Friendly staff who are always available. I have been going there for a long time and have always been well. Very economical pizza tour!!! Try it to believe it… Unfortunately, being inside the shopping center, it can be a bit noisy.

I often went there when I left Esselunga, but every time it was a disappointment. It's a shame because the pizza base is quite good. The usual flavors and poorly topped pizzas, at most one ingredient besides tomato and mozzarella. Too little staff for decent service and little competence. A long wait to be seated despite empty tables that need clearing. Several times the spicy oil was unavailable. Ice cream sometimes tasted sour and drinks were not very fizzy. Often the pizzas do not arrive; you wait 5 minutes between slices. You ask the staff and you can see they respond awkwardly because it doesn’t depend on them but probably on company policy. Rudeness and arrogance from the cashier who often messes up the bill, but never in the customer's favor. I read various responses from the owner to those who rated one star or slightly more, where he justifies himself making complaints seem like isolated incidents. It happens to me every time and I relate to all of them. I don’t go there anymore, to avoid getting angry and ruining my evening.

I went to this venue this evening and I highly discourage it, especially for those who are gluten intolerant. First of all, the gluten-free menu costs €2 more than the basic menu and includes only ONE pizza. It was not specified anywhere that there was only one gluten-free pizza available (considering it's a pizza buffet, one would expect more variety). I pointed out this lack to the manager, who acknowledged that I was right, adding that I was the first to raise this issue and she should have contacted her superior. Shortly after, a waitress explained to me that since I was asked for my pizza preferences, it was "obvious" that it would be only one pizza (just because I was asked how I wanted it). I believe it is natural for me to be asked how I prefer my pizza, considering that if the flavors were not to my liking, the pizza would be thrown away.

We come here about a couple of times a year, it's one of our favorite pizza places. Good pizza, light dough, and the ingredients are of good quality. The staff, though all very young, are truly professional and attentive. The environment is always tidy considering the constant flow of customers that can come in on a night. I tried the online reservation on their website for fear of not finding a spot and I must say it's very convenient. Recommended!
