Good gelato made with quality ingredients. They have gluten-free cones and almost always manage to ensure no contamination. Affordable and fair prices. A very nice place, frequented by young people, in a quiet area.

I am a loyal customer, summer and winter I specifically go to Pico for ice cream on April 21, which is delicious. I always get the same gluten-free cone with two flavors and whipped cream. The guys at the counter change often and have always been very courteous, except for the evening of Monday, October 28, when I was treated very poorly by the saleswoman. She gave me a cone with a really miserable amount of ice cream and when I simply asked, 'Why so little this time?' she responded in a biting and rude tone that was totally out of context: 'That's just how it is!' I don't know if this reaction was due to other previous complaints, but I don't go to an ice cream shop to be treated poorly. I replied that this was not a proper way to address customers and that I made this note because I always get ice cream from them and they never make it this small! She candidly replied: 'It was the other colleagues who made the mistake until now.' Kudos for the professionalism.
