Youthful and modern atmosphere. Pizza different from the usual, crispy yet well-leavened with top-quality toppings. Good quality gluten-free options and all fried foods and desserts are gluten-free. A bit pricey, but not excessive for the context.

What happens if a Roman pizza and a pinsa are fused together? In Rome, someone posed the question and invented the PINSZA. As someone who is not a fan of Roman pizza, I was pleasantly surprised; finally, a slice that can be folded without crumbling and maintains its crunchiness at the edge. The quality of the ingredients offered and the available combinations, even off the menu, are excellent. It is also worth noting the attention to gluten and lactose intolerances.

Great fried foods, and in addition to being gluten-free, they are also lactose-free. Their pinza is also available in a gluten-free version, as well as desserts and beer. Everything is excellent and easy to digest.
