In this place, every dish on the menu can be prepared gluten-free; they are very experienced and tend to use ingredients that are naturally gluten-free. They serve fresh pasta made by them with gluten-free flours.

We returned a year later to this inn in the center of Marsciano, and the judgment remains the same: EXCEPTIONAL!! A true paradise for gluten free (my partner is celiac) with almost the entire menu available and truly tasty dishes in their combinations and flavors! Noteworthy are the pecorino marshmallows, delicious focaccia, and top-notch first courses! Amazing umbricelli cacio e pepe with truffle! All of this was 'seasoned' by the 'crazy' friendliness of the owner and the impeccable service from the other girls! Prices are well aligned with the quality offered! Too bad I live 120 km away; otherwise, I would visit much more often!!! Congratulations to Flavia and all her collaborators!

I've been twice this week in this fantastic restaurant with my family. There is a wide choice in the menu, it's hard to choose as every time we ordered something it was super tasty. They have gluten free and vegetarian options. Our highlights were the marshmallows with pecorino, honey and spicy sauce, the tagliata (the meat was like butter), although risotto and umbricelli (pasta) also deserve a try. The service was extremely friendly and kind, also with kids, and very customer focused. The local is simple but feels like home. If you happen to be around Marsciano, Todi or Deruta and you don't stop by, you are going to miss an outstanding gastronomic experience...
