Ice cream parlor with a display of ice cream (4/5 flavors) exclusively gluten-free. Recommended.

I have a house nearby, and the idea of having an ice cream shop that uses exclusively plant-based ingredients just steps away is a dream come true for me, a vegan. The Cremeria uses plant-based beverages for its ice creams, catering both to those like me who have made an ethical choice and to those with intolerances or allergies. I tried various flavors and particularly remember a spectacular pistachio and stracciatella. The cones are also vegan and gluten-free. The atmosphere is pleasant, facing the main square and the seafront, ideal for a break with family or friends (my daughter loves the rocking chairs) or for working on a laptop or reading a book at the tables. In the city, it's not always easy to find ice cream shops with these options, having one in a small location like Torre Ovo is gold!

Standard small gelato in a cone: 2.50 euros Small lactose-free gelato in a cone 3 euros + 1 euro for the cone. Total 4 euros. When I asked for clarification about the price difference, the young lady told me that lactose-free gelato is sold in a cup, so the cone has an additional cost. 🫨🤔 In summary: those who are lactose intolerant, in addition to facing dietary discomfort, also have to pay more! Lactose-free brioche is subpar and small for the price they ask (3 euros just for the brioche). Baby cone no longer available (a three-year-old has to get a small gelato (2.50 euros) and eats half because the rest melts (waste). Everything needs to be reconsidered. Disappointed!
