Among the best gluten-free pizzas I've tried, all thanks to a truly well-made artisanal dough. It's not AIC certified, but the owner is celiac and has a lab where she prepares and bakes everything, so it's 100% safe. The place is very simple with a few seating options, and the selection of pizzas isn't vast but is really worth it. If you are celiac and in the area, give it a try!

After trying the pizzas with normal dough, which were delicious, we were curious about the reviews and wanted to try the gluten-free ones as well, and I confirm that they are excellent!
