Among the best gluten-free pizzas I've tried, all thanks to a truly well-made artisanal dough. It's not AIC certified, but the owner is celiac and has a lab where she prepares and bakes everything, so it's 100% safe. The place is very simple with a few seating options, and the selection of pizzas isn't vast but is really worth it. If you are celiac and in the area, give it a try!

This was honestly the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had! The sauce was so flavorful, the crust was absolutely perfect, and the staff were kind and thoughtful. I was there with a friend who had a regular pizza, and we both enjoyed it so much. If you eat gluten-free you can’t miss this place – and even if you don’t, it’s still a must!

We specifically went to Gustoamore because my friend can‘t eat gluten and we did not get disappointed! The pizzas, both the gluten free and the normal one, were fantastic! Haven‘t had such a great pizza in a very long time plus the gluten free was not frozen but also made fresh. The waitress was very friendly too. We also got the gluten free Tiramisu and it was delicious. Can only recommend!

After trying the pizzas with normal dough, which were delicious, we were curious about the reviews and wanted to try the gluten-free ones as well, and I confirm that they are excellent! The toppings are also abundant and flavorful. The staff is attentive and smiling, a rarity! Finally, we know where to get pizza in Rapallo, and we live just a minute away on foot, what can I say!! :D

Glutenfree Pizza! In Italy! We ordered the two pizzas (one glutenfree, one normal) for takeaway to snack on the promenade, service was very friendly. Both pizzas were ready within 10 minutes and daammn for a gluten free, the dough was veery good, with quadro stagioni topping tasting absolutely great! The 'normal' one was a good average. It would be nice if the tomato sauce pomdoro was freshly made and not out of the can. The pizzeria seems to have newly opened so it is a bit hard to find from outside and the ambiente is a bit cold - might need some tweaks to catch bypassing people :) Very much to recommendable for takeaway - they also have gluten free beer
