Despite the extremely long line (it's a very famous ice cream shop in the area that has won several awards), they meticulously explained their AIC protocol to me, and they served a gluten-free cone that was absolutely delicious. They can also indicate which flavors are gluten-free and change the "spoon" they use to scoop the ice cream each time!

A pair of friends insisted we come here to try their ice cream. There was a kilometer-long line on Friday evening, but despite that, the staff was kind and helpful, even when I mentioned I have celiac disease. The gentleman who served me didn’t make me feel awkward at all for being in the middle of peak hours and explained their AIC protocol, discarding a gluten-free cone. It was a pleasant surprise, and the ice cream is undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. We will definitely come back ❤️
