While appreciating the quality of the ice cream, some issues with the service provided by the staff at the ice cream counter are highlighted, particularly regarding hygiene. The lack of napkins for handling cones by the staff and the poor technique in serving the ice cream result in product spillage, leading to messiness for the customer. The justification provided for the rapid melting of the ice cream, i.e., the exposure of the machines to the sun, seems inadequate. Additionally, during the preparation of the ice cream, the operator, besides getting dirty from the dripping on their hands, tries to remedy this by mixing the various flavors on the cone with a scooper. Such behavior is serious for customers with allergies and intolerances!
