Great cuisine with meat and fish for both lunch and dinner, rich breakfast with sweet and savory options with great attention to celiacs. Comfortable rooms, the only downside is not having a shower box and a balcony. Perfect cleanliness and the availability of all staff. The optimal location, served by public transport to easily reach other places. Highly recommended!

As I already wrote last year, I renew my review. Hotel Sabrina feels like home. We have always felt at home, pampered from the first day. The highlight is the kitchen specializing in gluten-free cuisine. Absolutely recommended.

A wonderful vacation..🥰 Highly recommended, clean, close to the sea, and delicious food even for celiacs from breakfast to desserts.. Mimmo and Francesca, the owners, are very accommodating to all needs; they welcomed us with so much love, they are truly kind-hearted and very nice people, which is not always easy to find these days. They made us feel at home.. a special thanks also to Chef Nicola and Antonio who fulfilled all our wishes with delicious food.. we will definitely return next summer. Thank you for everything ❤️,❤️

This is the third year we are staying at the Sabrina hotel, it's hard to change when you feel good in a place. You feel at home away from home. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful, ready to meet every need and make us feel a bit pampered and indulged. The rooms are essential with TV, safe, and air conditioning, small but welcoming and clean. Excellent cuisine that varies from simple dishes to more elaborate ones, both meat and fish, with particular attention to gluten-free options that allow you to spend your vacation with peace of mind. Everything is very good. The location of the hotel is ideal, just steps from the beach. Easily reachable by both public transport and car. Very advantageous private parking. We can't wait to return to Francesca and Mimmo.

We have been coming to this warm hotel on vacation for years and we have always had a wonderful time. Every year they make us feel at home. Everyone, starting with Mimmo and Francesca, is kind and friendly, the service is quick and excellent, and the food served is outstanding, both regular and for celiacs. The rooms are comfortable as well as the rest of the hotel. We couldn't ask for better: it feels like being in a second home!

Excellent room and hotel cleaning, great cuisine, and a very varied and good gluten-free menu "registered with the AIC". Hotel located near the sea and a stone's throw from the usual promenade. The availability and friendliness of the staff is the icing on the cake! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I stayed at this hotel in July with my husband and our two children. For three years we have been choosing the Sabrina hotel and I warmly recommend it for its strengths: 1. exceptional cuisine, researched, thoughtful, and made with quality ingredients. My husband is gluten-free and here, in addition to a menu that is perfectly identical to the normal one, he finds flavor, quality, and safety. Attention is also given to the little ones: the chef is always available to change the menu to meet their needs. 2. Cleaning is always impeccable, the environments are fragrant and tidy. 3. The availability and kindness of Mimmo and Francesca, attentive to satisfy every request, always present and smiling. 4. I discovered this hotel two years ago while browsing the internet for a certified gluten-free place since I am celiac. I was drawn in by the excellent reviews and I was extremely satisfied! Francesca and Mimmo are excellent hosts with their guests, making you feel at home, attentive, helpful, and friendly! Every day's menu is of high quality; everything is really delicious, with special attention to those who are celiac. They never let me miss anything! In fact!! I was so satisfied that we returned this year and the experience was excellent again! It is also located very close to the sea and all the attractions of the Romagna Riviera. Highly recommended!!! Francesca and Mimmo, I call them by their names because staying with them is like being hosted by some relatives! They are very available, attentive, discreet, friendly, and professional.. 5 days at the sea are few, but if experienced well, they become just right. No gluten and no lactose are my concerns when I travel, but here I was pampered and respected in everything. My 18-month-old daughter was treated like their own child! 10 stars if they exist!

Family-run hotel, clean with excellent cuisine, quick menu of meat or fish both for lunch and dinner, abundant and varied in choice including a buffet of vegetables. Adherent to AIC, it has always offered my son and me, both celiacs, a menu based on typical products made on the spot (bread, desserts, cookies...). Among the many hotels we've visited, I found no other gluten-free menu that was uncontaminated like at Hotel Sabrina; compliments to the owners, we will definitely return.
