Matteo Pizza offers an excellent gluten-free pizza, balanced and digestible, with careful management and a young, well-prepared staff. The delivery is fast and accurate, and it can be eaten at a table outside. Recommended for both the gluten-free and classic versions.

Delicious pizza and kind and very attentive staff. I usually take it to go and eat it by the sea due to its proximity. Highly recommended.

I tried both the regular pizza and the gluten-free one, and I must say they are both good. The gluten-free one is very filling, but it tastes good and the ingredients are of high quality too!

Takeaway pizzeria with a gluten-free and lactose-free menu. The pizza follows the line of the renowned Taverna da Bruno, with the difference that, in my opinion, they make the dough lighter and more digestible. Possibility to consume on-site without table service (the pizzas are placed on a "cardboard" plate instead of the classic closed box, the rest is DIY with items provided by the staff). Home delivery could improve a bit (with many mixed orders between pickup and takeaway, they struggle a bit).

Certified gluten-free pizza by AIC, delicious, according to my partner who is celiac "one of the best I've ever had". I had a classic pizza but with lactose-free mozzarella and it was very good! The staff is courteous and the "self-service" concept is convenient and fast.

Last night I was at Matteo Pizza, the atmosphere and service are very casual: you order and sit at a table where only placemats are available; cutlery, glasses, and everything necessary must be taken from a designated self-service area, as cleaning up is also the customer's responsibility. This informal setup may appeal to those seeking a relaxed experience, but it requires a bit of autonomy. I chose the pizza called "The Three Sins", a red pizza with sausage, spicy salami, and plenty of onion. The sausage was flavorful, the spicy salami was prominent, and the onion, probably added at the end of cooking, was crunchy; personally, I would have preferred it added from the start for more softness. Regarding the dough, I found it quite chewy, which is, in my opinion, a sign of low hydration or some issue during the gluten working phase. The texture was not the light and airy one I expected from a well-risen and cooked pizza. In summary, the pizzeria offers a good variety of pizzas and an informal atmosphere, but the self-service setup and the pizza dough did not completely convince me. The choice of ingredients is good, but the execution of the dough could be improved to offer a more digestible and pleasant pizza.

If you are in Rimini, you must eat pizza here at all costs! The gluten-free pizza is the best in the whole province. The staff is super friendly, helpful, attentive, and always smiling. You should go there!

Pizza Strabuona! Great prices! No need to say more! The staff is very nice and friendly, you can eat there, take away, or they can deliver it to your home. They say the gluten-free option is also very good, but I have never tried it. I sometimes get the spelt crust and it's good.

Chosen because among the (alas) very few that offer AIC CERTIFIED gluten-free pizzas. We knew about the lack of table service, but we decided to go anyway and it was the best choice! A small but very charming environment suitable for couples and families, the staff is super kind and very professional. The pizzas are exquisite, they don't seem like gluten-free dough due to their quality. Really a discovery that feels lucky; recommended even for non-celiacs because many types of dough are offered.

In a few months, Matteo Pizza has become our reference point in Rimini! Among many pizzerias, it is the most digestible and truly delicious, both in gluten-free and classic versions. It's neither too thin nor like the Neapolitan with 10cm of dough that feels heavy! The perfect middle ground that Rimini was missing, especially for the gluten-free version! The prices are low. The staff is fantastic, always kind and ready to meet customer needs. We hope they open a real restaurant in Rimini, like Taverna da Bruno in Bellaria!! Keep it up, see you soon!

Really top gluten-free pizza, soft and not rubbery... One of the best I've ever eaten! Even the gluten version, according to my boyfriend, was delicious. I recommend it!

Pizzeria with new management, I must say that the pizza is really very good and crispy. The management is also listed in the AIC handbook as they offer gluten-free pizza. The staff is young and ready to meet every need. You can also eat on-site, as they have tables outside the pizzeria for dining.
