I can't speak about contamination because I'm asymptomatic, but they definitely have great preparation regarding celiac disease. We went to this place on Easter Sunday because we had my son's soccer tournament, so as a group we made a reservation and showed up. The place is very small, no more than 35 seats, but very nice, cozy in a nautical style, top service, and the managers are extremely helpful and kind, rating 10. All the fillings are entirely made with fish; the fake mortadella and the fake prosciutto are a genius idea, and the classic smell of fish I assure you is not present. The prices are not those of a typical piadina with prosciutto, but they are in line with the quality of the proposed products. We spent 66.50€ for 5 of us. Gluten-free place. Absolutely recommended, well done, well done, well done!

I have eaten at Salumarina several times and always had a great experience! The basic idea is genius: offering cured fish and presenting boards or piadinas in full compliance with the Romagna tradition. I have brought several friends who are not from Rimini to this place and they have always been amazed! Let's say I keep it a bit like an ace up my sleeve because everyone likes it and it astonishes those who enter, but also as a sure thing when I want to have a good dinner in the city center. From the outside, being so small, if you don't know it, you might not notice it too much, but it's very convenient even before going to the theater or during the weekend if you're taking a stroll downtown. They also do takeaway boxes. In addition to the piadina with cold cuts, which is absolutely a must-try, the sardonciccioli and porky pop are fantastic. The tuna steak is also excellent. Everything is good; I am always happy with it! It’s a perfect place for those with gluten and lactose issues. Highly recommended!

Great piadine, very unique in their combinations. Soft and light gluten-free dough. Among the menu offerings are also platters, bowls, and snacks (the potatoes are something indescribable!). Young and well-prepared staff. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for an alternative to the usual piada.
