the frying is very good, for the pasta they use one that is not the best especially with the clams. the fish is very fresh. no gluten-free dessert.

Located in one of the main squares of Monopoli, nice and well-kept. Friendly staff. Personally, I had fish, but I also found gluten-free pizza listed on the menu, and when I asked the owner, he also told me that the kitchen is completely gluten-free, because they use rice flour even for frying.
