Casa Caprese is a pizzeria with a wide selection of dishes inspired by Neapolitan tradition. However, the gluten-free options may not fully meet the expectations of those with specific dietary needs. Cozy atmosphere and helpful staff.

Absolutely to be avoided! On the menu, they offer gluten-free pizza dough, but they don't even know what celiac disease is, because they told me it's not suitable for celiacs, but for those with a low level of intolerance (really astonishing to find a restaurateur in 2025 who doesn't know the main food intolerances); needless to say, this answer was enough for me to decide to eat elsewhere.

Terrible experience, not recommended especially for those who are celiac or gluten intolerant. I was extremely disappointed by this pizzeria, which presents itself as "Neapolitan style" but offered absolutely unacceptable service and food quality. My friend and I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, which turned out to be clearly frozen, with old, dry dough hard enough to make even swallowing difficult. The pizza arrived lukewarm, not hot, and the tomato seemed to have been placed raw on top of the already cooked pizza, with an acidic and unpleasant taste. When the waiter asked us how things were, we expressed our dissatisfaction, but the response was that "this is the pizza they make" and that "gluten-free ones are like this." No, that’s not true: a celiac person or someone used to eating gluten-free knows well that a well-made gluten-free pizza can be excellent. What was served to us had nothing to do with a fresh or artisanal product. To make matters worse: - An ant was leisurely walking on top of the pizza (I have the video as evidence). - The tablecloth under the glass of the table was dirty, and we noticed it as soon as we sat down. Despite our pizzas being half untouched on the plates, no one bothered to ask if there was a problem or why we hadn't eaten. Cold and rude service, zero attention to the customer, and, most seriously, zero attention to those with particular dietary needs. Not only will I never return, but I strongly advise anyone, especially those who are celiac or gluten intolerant, to stay away from this place. One of the worst gastronomic experiences in recent years.
