Disproportionate waiting times given the small, semi-full room. To receive attention from the staff, you have to gesture multiple times... I ordered a gluten-free, lactose-free Margherita pizza... It arrived, and I quickly realized it was a FROZEN BASE... cooked 'as best as possible.' It was undercooked. I expected a REAL PIZZA; I suggest they at least write the truth on the menu... I would have chosen something else.... The only positive aspect is the welcoming and warm environment. For the rest, there is a lot to improve... even regarding the staff, considering they are begged by customers. Anyway, there is always time to do better. I wish them well, given the effort they put in.
