not only do they have a separate gluten-free menu, but the flatbreads are made in a completely uncontaminated kitchen at the back, dedicated solely to gluten-free (when they come out of the kitchen, they are already packaged to avoid contamination from flying flours). The flatbreads are soft and light, and the filling is good and not excessive (I recommend trying the sweet one with Nutella!!! fantastic, and they serve it warm). The price is a bit high, but for the quality and the place, it is justified. I will definitely return!!

Good food and very transparent (and reassuring) thanks to the window that allows you to see the separate preparation of the gluten-free focaccias. The only downside is the limited variety of available ingredients.

I ate a Tuscan schiacciata "La Tosca" and it was really delicious: crunchy, well-stuffed with stracchino, semi-mature Tuscan pecorino, and high-quality Tuscan DOP ham. With an additional €4, I opted for the menu adding fries and a drink of choice, an excellent solution for a complete and satisfying meal. The staff was friendly, kind, and quick, which is always highly appreciated. A bonus point for the presence of a gluten-free section, a sign of great consideration for all customers. Highly recommended, I will definitely return! 🥪✨

From Tosca at the Campania shopping center, you will find gluten-free options. The menu for celiacs offers various pre-made schiacciate and the possibility to create your own. I was informed that soon they will also have gluten-free chips. The base for the schiacciata is a fresh frozen product and it is excellent, crispy, and substantial. The ingredients seem good (I had mortadella and stracchino). The staff is polite.

Recently opened but professional in what they do, you can customize the schiacciata as you wish at the totem (the screen in front), using quality ingredients like grilled eggplants or caramelized red onion cream. I had it with whole grain bread (gluten-free option available), turkey breast, stracchino cheese, and arugula. Recommended for fresh products
