Not AIC but: - allergens clearly indicated - caring staff who check with the kitchen - gluten-free bread available - only part of the menu is gluten-free, not the fried items - I enjoyed the seafood risotto, a typical Pugliese main course (very good) and the cheese platter and I didn't feel ill Beautiful and characteristic venue in the center of Vieste, especially the tables outside

Discovered the place by chance while on a trip to Vieste with my family. Warm welcome, clean and tidy local, attention to customers and excellent timing in delivering the dishes. The quality of meat and fish is excellent, especially regarding the octopus in the appetizer. I gave five stars mainly for the attention to allergens, mentioned in every menu choice, and the waiters' preparation on the topic (for example, they removed the wafer from the octopus appetizer after informing them of my allergies as there were possible contaminations). I also appreciated the option to remove the crust from the grilled dish for those who are celiac. Definitely will return.
