Great pizzeria near Coop in Montecchio, they buy gluten-free piadine from Forno Spallanzani and practically the entire menu is available in gluten-free options as well. They're also preparing for fried foods with an air fryer. Excellent quality of ingredients and very attentive to contamination, they cook gluten-free piadine separately.
