The place that was missing. Great pizzeria with and without gluten, very close to the A subway stop, Giulio Agricola. They have separate kitchens and are very careful about contamination. Prices are competitive. For now, the best.

Fabulous! The staff is super kind and sociable, with pizzas of a thousand different flavors and amazing supplì....but the BEST part is that everything is also GLUTEN FREE. As a celiac, I have searched for a place like this for twenty years, and in the four days I spent working here in Rome, I spent all four in this place eating pizza...even incredible sandwiches! They are very attentive regarding contamination, so it's approved for us celiacs! There's not much to say....I just hope they open one in my city of Brescia.

For someone who has to avoid glutene, this is the perfect spot! Big choice of delicious gluten free (but also standard) piizzas. It's mostly take away I gues, but sitting at one of the small tables is also nice. Spent 5 days here (B&B nearby) and had our dinner here every evening, heading home from the Metro. Stumbled across this place whilst we were exploring the Aquaduct Park. Pizzas are great - we only had the gluten-free pizza and it was thin and tasty. The pizza with gluten looked amazing too. Also sell gluten-free beer. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, we didn’t like the pizza. These are personal tastes, as the proverb says: "de gustibus non est disputandum." We didn’t try the gluten-free pizzas, which are indeed a rarity to find in the area, so it’s a great idea to have included them in the offer.

Very nice place with pizza both with and without gluten. You can take it away or comfortably sit at the tables inside. The staff is very knowledgeable and super attentive to all customer needs. I will definitely come back often.

Invaluable. You can't describe the joy of being able to grab a good slice of pizza, taking a few steps to eat it at the Aqueducts Park like before discovering that you are celiac. Very good pizza, everyone very kind. Perfect for a lunch break and not only. I recommend it!

A brand new discovery made by chance on their first opening day... what can I say? I had a piece with potatoes and rosemary, crostini, and a red sauce ALL GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE... SUPER SUPER SUPER GOOD!!! That red sauce reminds me of the pizzas from the old oven with lots of tomato and oil, to die for!!!! Finally, a place that caters to celiacs too! The staff is very kind, I will definitely return!!! I can't wait to try more flavors!

Arriving at 8:00 PM, we expected to find very few options, instead we found a wide variety of both types. My husband had the gluten-free pizza and I had the gluten-containing one; what can I say, both were spectacular, fine like real Roman pizza, well-seasoned and with a vast choice of flavors, both with and without gluten! They are very careful about contamination since the owners are a celiac and the other allergic to corn! Friendly but above all professional guys! We will definitely return next week because they will also start with fried foods, all gluten-free and of every type! Congratulations guys, you have fulfilled a dream for many, and you did it excellently, keep it up!
