Nippo-Brazilian restaurant that is part of a group with several other restaurants in Milan and Turin; I mention this because I haven't tried the others. Attentive and knowledgeable staff recommend gluten-free dishes carefully and mark those for celiac guests directly on the order to avoid contamination with other ingredients. Unique cuisine, not the classic Japanese.
