One of the few places to have gluten-free draft beer and finally being able to drink a poured beer is priceless. I didn't ask about the food, nothing is specified on the menu. I'm sure they offer gluten-contaminated variants.

For some time now, you can drink very good bottled beers and one on tap. The menu only offers hamburgers (no flatbreads, toasts) but it’s still better than nothing.

The environment is not too large, creating an "intimate" atmosphere as much as possible in a pub, without the excessive confusion of larger venues. In nice weather, there is a courtyard in front and an internal garden. There's a moderate buzz, allowing for conversation without having to raise one’s voice to be heard. Service is quite fast despite the pub being filled with customers. I had a Carbo burger with hand-crafted beef patty, pecorino cream, crispy bacon, and a fried egg, all gathered in an artisan bun, which can be requested gluten-free. My partner opted for a Melandri club sandwich with cooked ham, Grappa morlacco cheese, sautéed sbrise, truffle butter, omelette, and parsley mayonnaise. We concluded with a soft pear cheesecake. Care is taken with the quality of ingredients, which vary by season, and the meat is of top choice from local farms. We left satisfied.
