Terrible pizza, even though they boast about making it with Schär flour. Small (half the size of a gluten-containing one), the dough feels like an oily sponge. Even though it's an Aic local, pass on it.

Recognized AIC and attentive to contaminants. The pizza is of very poor quality. Frozen base from Schär, practically a dry focaccia with toppings. Excessive cost for a pizza that can be exactly made in a home oven.

Even if it is certified, I do not recommend it.

They make gluten-free pizza but it's terrible. The dough is the frozen ready-made kind, it is soft and half-raw, it literally tastes like cardboard, I left almost all of it even though I was hungry. I don’t remember if they had a double oven (essential for someone with celiac disease).

Once, gluten-free pizza was good but now it's really declined... such sadness... I always appreciate the effort anyway.

Miserable gluten-free proposal, the gluten-free pizzas were 4 and looked like frozen ones that were already ready (they were almost certainly that), rude staff and very long wait, especially for the gluten-free pizza, we all ate at different times. We had booked a table for about fifteen people and they divided us with 5 on one side and 10 on the other, making us wait half an hour because they hadn't prepared the table yet. The prices were sky-high. I only recommend it if every other restaurant with gluten-free options in the area is closed. There are many other restaurants nearby with significantly better offerings.

beautiful location and prices justifiably sky-high. Unfortunately, the gluten-free options are quite scarce. You can choose from tomato pizza, tomato and mozzarella pizza, buffalo mozzarella and tomato pizza, and tomato pizza with mozzarella and spicy salami! The pizzas arrived much earlier than the gluten-free one, making us eat at separate times. The dough is definitely improvable, but acceptable. Price for Margherita with buffalo mozzarella is €12. Classic Margherita is €9, service charge is €2.5.
