Attentive and courteous staff, very small and cozy place, they have outdoor seating in summer. Very good food, you can practically order almost the entire gluten-free menu, there are some dishes that are marked gluten-free for everyone, and for the others, you can ask to have them gluten-free, very few dishes remain. My son had delicious tagliatelle. They are prepared and attentive to celiac disease, we will definitely return.

Attentive staff regarding gluten-free options; just specify, and they explain what you can order (almost the entire menu). The only downside is the dessert: as I have often experienced, there are only panna cotta or chocolate cake. In any case, good dishes!

During our travels, we stopped in Tuoro sul Trasimeno and at lunch we made the pleasant discovery of this tavern. The two girls were very courteous and kind. The menu featured meat and fish, highlighting dishes for celiacs. The appetizers were good, the first course of tagliatelle with Chianina ragù was excellent, and the second courses were good as well. They have a nice wine list. We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco. The seasoning was with local evo oil produced by a company from Vernazzano. If you happen to go to Lake Trasimeno, make a stop at this tavern; it may be a bit hidden but is very pleasant.

A very nice osteria not far from a beautiful viewpoint. They don’t have a very extensive menu, but what they do is perfect. We had penne pasta with aglione sauce (gluten-free) and bufala stracciatella, which were delicious. My wife had a risotto with perch and lemon that was really good and made fresh (no pre-cooked rice). As a side, we had baked potatoes and red onions... simple but very tasty. For dessert, we had caramel panna cotta (you could tell it wasn’t an industrial preparation) very good and also gluten-free. The owner serves in the dining room and manages everything impeccably with courtesy and professionalism. I recommend eating on the veranda as it’s cooler. An honest bill for the food offered.

A small and well-kept place near a square with a panoramic view of all the hills. Suitable for celiacs. Stratospheric carp recommended (I would add a puree because it's very flavorful) Perch risotto with citrus is very good I highly recommend it! They speak Polish as well as many other languages 💗

A very small and intimate restaurant, with extremely helpful yet discreet staff, who know how to engage the guests by understanding exactly when to disappear and when to reappear. We greatly appreciated this skill, which reflects a high level of sensitivity and professionalism. The dishes are beautiful to look at and delicious to eat, with a touch of creativity that makes them very special. We also requested a gluten-free menu and had many options. It was a pleasant discovery. Recommended for anyone looking for peace, courtesy, and a treat for the palate. Special thanks to Monica, who welcomed and attended to us with great courtesy.
