I am very disappointed with this place, as a vegan and lactose intolerant, I feel like I'm being messed with. I come to the venue and order a yogurt that, according to the employees, is "vegan," and then I fill it with creams that are also said to be "vegan," including peanut butter, dark chocolate, and their pistachio cream, which they also claim is "vegan." On several occasions, multiple different people I know have been served in the same way, but have noted with much confusion that the famous pistachio cream was sometimes labeled vegan and sometimes not, depending on who was serving you (with even the same person giving different answers multiple times). Now, I don’t know what problems they have, but the mystery behind this blessed cream is that, according to the person who prepares it, "there's a little milk inside and therefore practically no lactose" (something I only discovered months after I started going to this place). Clearly, these people don’t realize that there are various milk allergies and they could very well send someone to the hospital, which is clearly what they deserve. At this point, I don't even know if I can trust their yogurt declared "Vegan," as has been told to me and several of my acquaintances multiple times. This mockery must stop; I advise all vegans and intolerants not to go there for their own good. It is a harm to my health and my morals; you deserve the police in your venue, but since I think you haven’t done it in bad faith but just because you’re a bunch of ignorant people, I will refrain. That said, you work with food, you live off that, at least know something about your damn job. To make it easier for you, vegan means no milk, no eggs, no butter, not a little milk or a little butter, NOTHING. SHAME ON YOU, you have lost customers.

The absolute best in the area! Creams, desserts, cereals, and high-quality yogurt with many flavor varieties, including options for vegans, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc... Friendly, kind, and always available staff, often open at night and they deliver to your home 🍩🎂🍫🍦🍨 The creams are tasty and not generic, the cereals are good, and the yogurt can come in various flavors (classic, biscuit, chocolate, Pan di stelle...) I recommend shopping at this place! 🫶 A big hug to Micaela and Paola, always available and very kind.
